Health Supplements

• Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund
• Opened products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations
• Defective or damaged products will be replaced or refunded at no cost
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective

Services (Acupuncture, Consultations)

• Prepaid service packages may be refunded for unused sessions only
• Individual appointment fees are non-refundable after the service has been provided
• Cancellations made 24+ hours in advance will receive a full refund
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee
